Drawing on experience, working with successful production managers, Guarde for Glass incorporates the expertise and knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to increase productivity and reduce production errors.

Utilising data from the information flow of Guarde for Glass, reports can be generated using real time data to assess production capacities for current and pending processing. This is made possible, and enhanced by barcode scanning at selected stations, using system and user generated data which is then calculated using advanced production processing algorithms. Reports are produced in easy to understand formats to reduce the complications of production scheduling and management.

In order to give greater control to production managers, production schedules can be created and include information necessary for station processors to process specific pieces. This information can be generated using production priorty information and despatch scheduling priorities.

Extensive reports are available with recent enhancement to toughening stations to simplify the scheduling of toughening to plan for daily processing and minimise temperature spikes in the toughening plant and reduce energy consumption by controlling a smooth temperature curve within the plant.

By adding station processing volume capacities and other information to the Guarde for Glass system the accuracy and automation of the production reports can be further enhanced.
